Different installation and disassembly methods adapt to different eBike models
Our slide-in electric bicycle battery offers hassle-free installation and removal, requiring only a small space for movement. With approximately 5cm of clearance in front and 2cm above the battery, you can easily secure it to your ebike tube using just a minimum of two screws.
Battery removal from the base need to lift the battery upwards after taking the battery from the base. Battery installation and removal require space above the battery is greater than 5CM.
The disassembly method that uses the least amount of space. The battery does not need ebike frame inside the size, as long as you can install the battery base on the ebike, you can remove and install the battery from the left and right sides of the ebike at will.
Depending on the requirements, you can choose a battery with the following functions
E-bike battery level indicator light. Press the switch to display the current battery level, when the power indicator only shows the red LED, it is necessary to charge the battery.
The power switch controls the operating status of the lithium battery. When the switch is closed the battery will enter a low loss state and the battery will no longer supply power to the motor. The battery will be activated when the switch is turned on.
Li-ion battery USB socket can provide charging for mobile devices. It can be customized with 5-12V output voltage and 1-2A current. The USB socket is female.
A Bluetooth-enabled BMS can be installed inside the battery, and the battery condition can be checked at any time by connecting to the battery using Bluetooth on your cell phone. It is also possible to turn off the battery and adjust the battery parameters remotely by Bluetooth.
Battery charging and discharging insurance. Additional fuse is added to the positive side of the battery discharge line. Effectively prevents damage to the battery BMS caused by motor controller, external short circuit, etc. The charging insurance prevents battery damage caused by charger damage or lightning.
ebike lithium battery waterproof rating is IP650. ebike battery internal battery pack wrapped with insulating waterproof PVC, can effectively prevent the infiltration of rain. ebike batteries can be manufactured using 18650 & 21700 cells. Currently Down tube battery maximum capacity is 36V 31.5AH, 48V & 52V 24.5AH using Samsung, LG, Panasonic and other 21700 18650 Li-ion cells.

Down tube batteries can be customized with up to 72V voltage. We also have 60V 52V 48V 36V 24V 12V battery voltage. The higher the voltage, the lower the capacity.The battery voltage should be the same as the motor controller voltage.

The current Down tube type battery style can be installed in the maximum 50A BMS, the maximum continuous current of 50A. The common 1KW motor is 30A current, 1.5KW motor is 40A current. The higher the current, the stronger the power, but also very fast power consumption.

Battery cells are mainly distinguished by capacity, material, brand, discharge rate. ebike batteries mainly use power cells with high discharge rate. If your motor power is very high, and need ebike range for a long time should choose Samsung, LG, Panasonic and other high capacity high discharge rate of 3500mah 18650. usually Chinese brand 18650 cell capacity and discharge rate is lower.Please contact us for details and we will recommend the best cost effective battery solution for your situation.
Our battery cells are all brand new A grade. We strictly select cells with the same voltage and internal resistance and capacity to form the battery pack before producing the cells.
Before production we check that each cell is in good appearance, in addition we use 100% brackets to hold the cells in place during cell production to keep the cells free from crushing and good heat dissipation. The new 18650 top is with pressure relief safety valve to stop the fire and explosion caused by short circuit and overheating of the cell.
